[ He jerks his head toward the exit and starts walking in that direction. Once they're out where game music isn't being drilled into his ears, he speaks up. ]

[She follows him without protest, quietly grateful for his suggestion. (She's not exactly soft-spoken, but it was better where it was quiet, especially after she'd just gained her hearing back. The game center was almost a little too much after all that.)

That jacket's been with me for a while, and it does get chilly sometimes.

The cold's no problem for me, so... that jacket should go to someone who needs it more. I can always get a new one.
